For example, the number of rooms to be restored will affect the costs per square metre – being reduced when more than one room is treated. The condition of the floor will also determine the amount of preparation time and finishing required – – with the poorer the floor, the greater the increase in price.

Floor Sanding London provide a complete wood floor sanding and restoration service. We always recommend that you choose the whole package provided by experts. For those confident enough to apply the finish of oil or lacquer themselves, we do offer a sanding only option.
